We don’t want our flower prices to be a secret because we want to make the process of booking your flowers with us as straightforward, seamless and stress free as possible!

You’re busy and we’re here to help.

We know most people have never ordered flowers on such a scale as you do for your wedding. While every order gets a custom quote from us after our initial consultation, our pricing guide is meant to help you get an understanding of what you can expect to pay in order to create a realistic floral budget.

Ontario Wedding Flower Price Ranges

$8,000+ Lux Ceremony & Reception

  • 1 bridal bouquet, 4 standard maid bouquets, 5 bouts

  • Custom designed ceremony arch design, aisle flowers and entry flowers

  • 15 lush reception guest tables mix of high & low designs

  • Custom Lux head table design with candles

  • Additional designs for receiving table, welcome sign, bar area, seating chart, cake flowers etc..

$5, 000 - $6,000 Ceremony & Reception

  • 1 bridal bouquet, 2 standard maid bouquets, 3 bouts

  • Custom ceremony arch design 2 pieces & 2 XL ceremony pieces (ex: altar, ground, barrels)

  • 10 reception guest tables low compote designs

  • Head table design centerpiece, floor pieces, candles

  • 3 additional designs for receiving table, welcome sign, bar area

    *The majority of our weddings start at this range. This is what you can generally expect to pay at minimum on wedding florals.

$3,000 -$3,500 Moderate Ceremony & Reception

  • 1 bridal bouquet, 2 standard maid bouquets, 3 bouts

  • 1 standard arch piece & 2 XL ceremony pieces (ex: altar, ground, barrels)

  • 10 petite compote centerpieces

  • Simple head table design with some candles

  • 2 additional designs for receiving table, welcome sign or bar area

$2,000 -$3,000 Petite Ceremony & Reception

  • 1 bridal bouquet, 2 petite maid bouquets, 3 bouts

  • 1 standard ceremony arch design

  • 2 medium ceremony pieces (ex: altar/barrels)

  • Simple greenery and candles for head table

  • 10 bud vase centerpieces for guest tables (3 vases/table)

  • Some additional bud vases for other areas

WORK WITH US

Tax, delivery & set up are additional and based on venue location and scope of your final order.


Generally you can expect to pay between $300-$500 for delivery and set up for our basic packages with local delivery in and around Newmarket, ON.
